You may use this website to submit vehicle part requests, contact Zypher Imports, upload supporting images, and track request-related support where available.

You agree to provide accurate information, including vehicle make, model, year, part details, contact details, and any chassis or VIN information needed to identify the correct part.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, pricing, delivery time, or fulfillment. Quotes are prepared based on the information available at the time and may change if supplier pricing, shipping, exchange rates, taxes, or availability changes.

A quote becomes active only when confirmed by Zypher Imports through our official communication channels.

We use the information, images, and vehicle details you provide to help identify suitable parts. Customers are responsible for sharing accurate details and confirming compatibility before placing an order.

If a request is unclear, we may ask for additional information such as part numbers, chassis details, or photos before proceeding.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility may vary depending on whether a part is in stock, locally sourced, or imported from Japan.

Special-order, imported, rare, or used parts may not be cancellable once procurement or shipping has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by supplier timelines, customs processing, courier delays, inspections, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

Zypher Imports will make reasonable efforts to provide updates, but we are not liable for delays outside our direct control.

Some sourced parts may be used, reconditioned, new, OEM, aftermarket, or supplier-listed genuine depending on the request and quote. The part condition and source type should be reviewed before confirmation.

Images, descriptions, and supplier information are provided to help customers make an informed decision.

The website content, images, branding, layout, and written materials belong to Zypher Imports or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Vehicle brand logos and names are used only to identify parts and compatibility. Zypher Imports is not affiliated with or endorsed by those vehicle manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zypher Imports is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, installation costs, or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or third parties.

Our responsibility is limited to the service or part transaction agreed with the customer.
